How to Register and Submit a Request:

Step 1: Create an Account
Click on the Register Now button below. Sign up and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
After activating your account, proceed to the registration form and fill it as per the Important Notes below.

Step 3: Inquire and Submit New Requests
Go back to the home page to inquire about your registration status and to submit help requests.
  1. Important Note:
    If there is no response from the Social Assistance Committee, the request will be canceled.
  2. Important Note:
    *Please make sure to provide the correct personal email address, as all correspondence will be conducted via email.
  3. Important Note:
    Please upload attachments in PDF format or other acceptable formats. Requests with unsupported formats will not be accepted.
  4. Important Note:
    Phone inquiries regarding assistance requests will not be answered. Communication will only be through email in case of rejection or missing attachments.
  5. Important Note:
    If any documents are requested by the specialist and not submitted within two weeks from the date of the request, the request will be canceled, and the file will be archived.
