How to Register and Submit a Request:

Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
After activating your account, proceed to the registration form and fill it as per the Important Notes below.
Step 3: Inquire and Submit New Requests
Go back to the home page to inquire about your registration status and to submit help requests.

If there is no response from the Social Assistance Committee, the request will be canceled. -

Please upload attachments in PDF format or other acceptable formats. Requests with unsupported formats will not be accepted. -

Phone inquiries regarding assistance requests will not be answered. Communication will only be through email in case of rejection or missing attachments. -

If any documents are requested by the specialist and not submitted within two weeks from the date of the request, the request will be canceled, and the file will be archived.
